From Art Club to Market Stall

At Stirchley Art Room, we support people to develop their creative practice and, where they choose to, share their work with others. As part of this, we offer regular art club participants the opportunity to take part in our quarterly stall at the Stirchley Community Market.
This opportunity is open to those who regularly attend our sessions, as part of our ongoing programme of support. Work sold on the stall should be handmade by the participant, reflecting the creative processes explored within our art clubs.

A supported opportunity

Building confidence

A shared experience

Participants can include their work on our stall at the Stirchley Community Market, held quarterly at Stirchley Baths (March, June, September and December).
There is no cost to take part — we cover the stall fee and card fees. Participants keep 100% of their sales.
The market offers a low-pressure way to:
  • try selling work for the first time
  • share creativity with a wider audience
  • build confidence in presenting work
The stall is run collaboratively, with many participants helping to set up and pack down.
It’s a chance to celebrate the work created in sessions and connect with the wider Stirchley community.
